What is The Peak Energy Experience?

In this challenge you will learn interesting and life changing facts and methods about how our bodies work and what you have to do to get the body to function at its best performance and to use fat as energy.

I will guide you through the process of burnout prevention. You will not only learn how to manage stress, you will also learn which foods give energy and which foods take energy from you. And, as a nice side effect, you can say ‘good bye’ to belly fat that has been part of your life for way too long.

You will experience amazing changes in your body and mind that will leave you energized, more fulfilled and happy. The Peak Energy Experience is a 90 day group coaching program and usually runs quarterly.

What is The Peak Energy Experience NOT?

The Peak Energy Experience is NOT A DIET or a weight loss program as such. It is a experience that helps you reduce stress so that you can relax and live a more balanced life. It also helps you to move towards natural foods and leads to natural weight reduction as a result.

The main focus is on managing stress and incorporating mindfulness throughout the experience as well as changing your eating habits by changing your relationship with food.

Clients have experienced the following:

– weight reduction (up to 2 dress sizes!)

– body fat reduction

– improved quality of sleep

– stress relief / stress management

– stronger immune system

– reduced anxiety, nervousness and/or depression

– elimination of skin issues (eczemas etc.)

– improved gut health (reduction or elimination of IBS and other digestive issues)

– reduction of high blood pressure (in some cases clients were able to discontinue their medication)

In our weekly live coaching sessions we will work on your personal growth while you can learn about the most important things in the field of nutrition in your own time, suitable to you. I will provide you with guidelines and all necessary information so that you can learn as you progress.
