What is the Back To Basics Lifestyle Challenge?
In this challenge you will learn interesting and life changing facts and methods about how our bodies work and what you have to do to get the body to use fat as energy.
I will guide you through the process of lifestyle change. You will learn which foods give energy and which foods take energy from you. And you can say ‘good bye’ to belly fat that has been part of your life for way too long.
